Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Corporation mayor Sayeed Khokon has invited the rickshaw-pullers, who are demanding withdrawl of the ban on plying vehicles on city roads, for tea at Nagar Bhaban in the capital.

He came up with the invitation at a training workshop organised at a city hotel on Tuesday.

In reply to reply to a question of a journalist, the DSCC mayor said the on-going rickshaw issue can be solved through discussion.

“All have to come forward in resolving the traffic congestion in the capital as I alone cannot do this,” Sayeed Khokon said.
